Regular Maintenance Program

This type of maintenance program provides regular on-site maintenance service necessary to ensure the continuous and unhampered operation of the client’s existing telephone system facilities or PABX system  including provision of preventive maintenance service,  corrective maintenance procedures, monthly  regular site visits and  technical support , consultation & over-the- phone assistance. 

Program Coverage:

  • Annual Contract with Monthly Billing
  • Monthly Preventive Maintenance / On-Site Visit
  • Support on Regular Business Days & Hours
  • Parts Replacement Excluded ( subject to separate purchase order on a per need basis)

Comprehensive Maintenance Program

This type of maintenance program provides also regular on-site maintenance service necessary to ensure the continuous and unhampered operation of the client’s existing telephone system facilities or PABX system  including provision of preventive maintenance service,  corrective maintenance procedures, monthly  regular site visits and  technical support , consultation & over-the- phone assistance.  Additional program benefits includes parts repair and replacement and unlimited on-call service.

  • Support on Regular Business Days & Hours
  • Parts Repair & Replacement Included
  • Unlimited On-call Service

In- House Maintenance Program

This type of maintenance program includes all provisions of Regular Maintenance Program plus daily assignment of a dedicated PABX technician or engineer at the customer site.

Program Coverage:           

  • Annual Contract with Monthly Billing
  • Monthly Preventive Maintenance Service
  • Assignment of a Dedicated In-house PABX Technician at Customer Site
  • Support on Regular Business Days & Hours
  • Parts Replacement Excluded ( subject to separate purchase order on a per need basis)

On-Call Maintenance Support (Non-Contract)

Program Coverage:           

  • Retainers Fee Per Service Response
  • Non-priority support service
  • Non-commitment service program
  • No payment term
